Foreword

Garden design and garden construction are a combination of art and science, which aim to create joyful outdoor living-spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Whilst a garden is a piece of natural landscape, it is never simply a copy of nature, but always shows the handwork of the person who made it and this is part of its beauty. However, it should not just be an ornament to look at, but should be built to be used. Your garden should complement your home and be an extension of it. A well-constructed garden is like another room to your house - an outside room.

Your garden can say so much about who you are! We base our garden design and construction on a confidential relationship with the customer, where the customer shares his ideas and dreams for his garden with the designer. Garden memories from childhood, earlier experiences, favourite plants and stories associated with them are all worked into our ideas. As garden designers and constructors, we use our skill and experience to turn ideas into reality. We can really create the garden or your dreams. My colleagues and I would like to earn your trust and exceed your expectations.

Our most important aim is to build gardens, parks, and green areas to create harmonious living-spaces, not only as an oasis for birds and plants, but also as places in which we can refresh our tired souls and bodies. We hope that everyone will be enriched by the beauty of our gardens. The garden is a place where we can enjoy the delicate tracery of branches overhead, the wildlife around us, comfortable spaces to relax in, movement, play, and outdoor entertaining and barbecues. We would like to blend the sound of water, the texture of different materials, the colour and textural contrast of various plants, the blackbirds visiting the birdbath, a few mossy rocks or the smooth silkiness of lawns into a complete picture to delight the users.

We started our garden architecture business as a private enterprise in 1994, while we were college students, and by 1999 the business had grown so much that we formed a limited company. Our main profile is garden design, garden construction, and the laying and maintenance of Toro automatic irrigation systems, and we have an extensive range of machinery to carry out everything from excavation and earth moving to drainage and irrigation.

We therefore provide the entire range of landscaping services from planning to construction, for family homes, weekend houses, hotels, inns, holiday centres and city councils. In addition, after finishing the garden, we can help the owners with ongoing maintenance, answering their gardening questions about plant protection, pruning, fertilisation, and other aspects of maintenance and, if required, can provide these services for them. For hotels, inns, thermal baths and companies we also undertake indoor plant schemes, using plants grown traditionally in soil or hydroponically.

Being the partners of T-Markt Engineering Office, we also plan, sell and build TORO automatic irrigation systems. From our machine depot near Keszthely, we operate not only in our immediate locality, but also in Transdanubia, in the capital and in its surroundings.
